9am - 7pm all 4 days -- attendance is required all 4 days

Lifeguard Review Course:
(This course is for those who have ran out of their certification in Feb or those who are about to run out of their certification only)
May 21 – 6pm – 9pm
May 22 – 8:30am – 7pm
May 23 – 8:30am until finished with course.
Must attend all dates and times.
Fee $200.00
Lifeguard Training Course Prerequisites:
- Minimum age of 15 years
- Must be able to swim 300 yards continuously
- Starting in the water, swim 20 yards using front crawls or breaststroke, surface dive 7 - 10 feet, retieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface, swim 20 yards back to the starting piont with the object and exit the water without using a ladder or steps, within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
Water Safety Instructor Course Prerequisites:
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Take a Fundamentals of Instructor Training course which is part of the WSI course.
- Demonstrate the following skills:
- Front Crawl - 25 yards
- Back Crawl - 25 yards
- Breaststroke - 25 yards
- Elementary Backstroke - 25 yards
- Sidestroke - 25 yards
- Butterfly -- 15 yards
- Maintain position on back 1 minute in deepwater (floating or sculling).
- Tread water for 1 minute.
